At Second Warehouse, we are committed to providing reliable and efficient shipping throughout Australia.
All products sold on our website are stocked in our Queensland warehouse and shipped directly by our team. We do not ship products directly from overseas suppliers to customers.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship to all states and territories within Australia.
At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
Order Processing & Dispatch
Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding Queensland public holidays.
- Order cut-off time: 3:00 PM (AEST / Brisbane Time)
- Processing time: 1–2 business days
- Orders placed after the daily cut-off time, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Once your order has been packed and dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details where applicable.
Shipping Methods
We primarily use Australia Post for deliveries throughout Australia.
Available shipping options and costs are displayed at checkout based on:
- Delivery location
- Package size and weight
- Selected shipping service
Some lightweight letter-post items may be shipped using Australia Post Regular Large Letter services, which may not include tracking.
Estimated Delivery Times
After dispatch, delivery timeframes are generally:

Order Tracking
Tracking information will be provided for all eligible shipping services.
You can track your shipment using the tracking information provided in your dispatch confirmation email.
If you experience any issues accessing your tracking information, please contact our customer support team.
Shipping Issues
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to update the details before the order is dispatched.
Once an order has been shipped, we may be unable to make changes to the delivery address.
Delayed or Lost Shipments
While we work with trusted delivery partners, occasional delays can occur.
If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us and we will assist in investigating the shipment with the carrier.
Damaged Deliveries
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged product
- Photos of the packaging
We will review the issue and arrange a replacement, repair, or refund where appropriate.
Order Changes and Cancellations
If you need to modify or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Changes can only be made before the order has been dispatched.
Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to alter delivery details or cancel the shipment.
