At Second Warehouse, we are committed to providing reliable and efficient shipping services for our customers across Australia. This Shipping Policy outlines our procedures, shipping options, costs, and delivery timeframes to ensure a seamless shopping experience.
Order Cutoff Times is 15:00 Brisbane GMT +10 hours. Order Processing Time 1-2 days (Monday to Firday)
Delivery Times – Standard 5-7 days, Express 1-3 days. Please note some items that are shipped from a 3rd party warehouse may take longer. Tracking numbers will be provided when available.
Second Warehouse uses Australia Post for all items shipped from our local warehouse in Queensland. Please not 3rd party products maybe shipped together or in a split shipment. Freight forward details will be provided when available.
1. General Information
- Shipping Areas: We deliver to all states and territories within Australia. Unfortunately, we do not currently ship internationally.
- Processing Times: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
2. Shipping Options and Costs
We offer the following shipping options:
- Standard Shipping: Delivery within 5-7 business days. Calculated based on your location at checkout.
- Express Shipping: Delivery within 1-3 business days. Calculated based on your location at checkout.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the selected shipping method. Free standard shipping may be available products.
3. Delivery Time Frames
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to:
- Remote or regional locations.
- Public holidays or unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather events).
You will receive an email with tracking information once your order is dispatched. You can use this information to monitor your delivery status.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Use this number to track your order on the carrier’s website. If you do not receive tracking information or have trouble accessing it, please contact us at info@secondwarehouse.com.au.
5. Shipping Issues
A. Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at the time of checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If an error is identified, contact us immediately at info@secondwarehouse.com.au or 1300 487 101.
B. Lost or Delayed Shipments
While we work with reliable carriers, delays or lost shipments can occasionally occur. If your order has not arrived within the expected time frame, please reach out to us so we can assist in locating your package.
C. Damaged Goods
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging for us to process a replacement or refund.
6. Changes to Orders
If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Changes can only be made before the order is shipped. Once shipped, we cannot alter the delivery details.
